gosh..amino acids capsules are freaking big..hard to swallow!!k..my diet is.10 am..protein shake included wif 5 grams of creatine..10 capsules of amino acids shld be taken in a day..2 capsules..5 times a day..2 after trainin and 2 after..and the rest is b4 meals..2 protein shakes tt include 10 grams of creatine after trainin..man..this is so scary!

hMm..im juz gonna start my day in the afternoon..went out at 4 30 wif my dad to meet my trainer at GNC warehouse sale thats goin on sumwhere arnd kallang.i wonder wassup wif my dad..he rode the bike like hell..harley davidson can really run really fast man..pon reachin there.its was so packed..thats cause the discount was 70%..really great price man..bought a big tub of whey protein supplements..amino acids capsules..and a tub of creatin powder..total sum was 150+ bucks..its cheap man!!if i were to buy without discount it'll be like 2 and a quater times expensive..well..i juz gt hm..time is 1 29 am..came back frm slackin frm my niece..so..chao!

hmm..its been awhile since i blog mna.=I..was kinda down and all..well..i was sick on the 1 st day of hari raya celebration..for 3 days..had fever..so stayed at hm.didnt go out man..so..hari raya is juz......haha..y shud i get all worked up abt it..its my fault..i asked for it..ive been sayin b4 the celebration tt this year hari raye is nth to me and all..i gt the punishment frm god..went to my frend's place..and he showed me this vid clip if terrorist slicing the head of a american army..it was SOSOSO grusome..fuck man..it was scary..they prayed "GOD ALMIGHTY" during slicing the guy's head off..the guy was like screaming and all and theres a sudden stop...oh man..how grusome..juz put ureself on tt man's shoe..wads the feeling..nt even blind folded..kneeling down..and juz know tt ure gonne get chopped off..and to make it really gore..the terrorist grabs his hair which leaves the head hanging and shouted "GOD ALMIGHTY"..man...this is scary man..it still tingles on my head..sigh..when is stania coming back..thought she juz went for a holiday at bali...but instead..shes goin back to jakarta..and will only be coming back on dec...chao!

hMm..had trainin at 4 todae..woke up at arnd 9 by a fone call frm jup..he was updatin me abt him sellin cigarettes.i was like..great..marlboro goin for juz 6 bucks..tts alright..=)..man..trainin is gettin much intense and pumping..pHeWw....no pain no gain maman..=)..after trainin went to get dinner wif my bro..pass by bossini and saw this shirt tt's worn by adam..and he was like..goin in..and juz told me.."try it on..see if u like.."..of course i like!its worn by adam!juz to go along wif the polo..he also bought for me a crudoroy pants..and i was like.."tts wad adam wore too!!"haha..so he gt he for me..=)..gotta alter it..its loose fit..i want a straight cut..=)...tottally SuHwEeT man..k..its 10 o'clock now..wanna watch teebee and not forgettin..aremica's next top model!i love that show too.;)totally have no plans for tomorrow..guitar lessons would be on wednesdae nite..chao!
