gosh..i hardly get to sleep yesterday nite..=(..flam is so so thick..yucks..ahaha..well...spend arnd 200 today of supplements..at last i have glutamine..fuckin expensive man..juz a small bottle is 70 bucks..bought vanilla flavour for my protein..hehe..haven tried it yet..well..goin gym wif dad tmr cause i gotta make up of missin trainin on friday..im still mad at him..no doubt bout tt..=)..so..early nite today and early mornin for tmr..chao!
